As your builder,
Mitchell Development bases its work ethic on customer
satisfaction and not on aggressive selling. We are a family business where
no one will pressure you in to buying anything. We don't employ any sales
people because we feel our product sells itself. Should
you choose to purchase a home from us, you
will work directly with our owner and builder, Ken Mitchell. |
As a long standing
member of the Northern Wasatch Home Builder's
Association, we are a licensed general contractor and have been building
quality homes for 20 years. All of our current developments are in Clinton,
Utah. We pride ourselves on developing the land that we have come to love.
We don't just work here, we've lived here for five generations.
